General (Retired) Tan Sri Rodzali Daud

He was appointed to the board of directors in 3rd December 2014. He had an illustrious career in the Royal Malaysian Air Force and served as Chief of Air Force until his retirement in March 2015.

He had held various management positions in the Air Force since 1988.  These include Staff Officer at Air Defence Command, Head of MiG 29N Project Team in Moscow and the Defence Attaché at the Malaysia Embassy, also in Moscow.

He served at the Air Operations Headquarters as the Director of Operations and Exercises, at Air Force Headquarters as the Assistant Chief of Staff for Planning and Development, Commander of Air Training Command and later Commander of No. 1 Air Division.

Before assuming his current appointment as Chief of Air Force he served as Air Operations Commander at Air Operations Headquarters.

He is a graduate of New Zealand Air Command and Staff College in 1989.  In addition, he is also a graduate of the Malaysia Armed Forces Defence College in 2002 with an accreditation of Masters in Defence Studies from University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).

In 2006 he graduated from the Pakistan National Defence College with a Masters Degree in Strategic Studies from the Quaid-i-Azam University.

Among the honour bestowed upon him was The Legion of Merit (Degree of Commander), awarded by the President of The United States of America in May 2012.


Dato’ Razabil Abdul Rahman

Dato’ Rozabil has been on the board of SafeAir since June 2015, after Destini Berhad acquired an 80% stake in the airline service provider the same year. Currently, he is also the Group Managing Director of Destini Berhad since January 2014.

Dato’ Rozabil has diversified interests ranging from construction and property development to trading and serves as director of several other private companies. He started his career as Managing Director of BPH Engineering Sdn Bhd, an M&E engineering company. He later established Benar Prima Resources Sdn Bhd, a construction and development company and Benar Prima Capital Sdn Bhd, an investment trading company.

His vision and strategies have led Destini Group’s successful track record as well as financial strength and is also instrumental in leading the Group’s strategies. His leadership and entrepreneurial vision have been and will continue to be crucial in leading the Group into the future.


Chief Executive Officer
Shahril Sufian Hamdan

Shahril Hamdan is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Destini Oil Services, after joining the company in June 2014.

Prior to this, he served as a management consultant in McKinsey and Company, serving clients in various industries including oil and gas, power and utilities, automotive and technology – working primarily in Southeast Asia.

He also has experience in the non-profit sector, having held a managerial position at Teach For Malaysia, an outfit modelled after Teach First in the UK and Teach for America, which channels high-performing university graduates to teach in public schools nationwide.

Shahril holds a Masters degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science, in addition to a Bachelors Degree in Economics obtained from the University of Manchester.
